Terms of sale

Orders

Kove bikes are sold by Valmo Sàrl through Gomox. Orders are subject to supplier availability confirmation. If a bike is unavailable, we will inform you and will not retain payment for an undelivered bike.

Prices and delivery

Bike prices are in CHF including Swiss VAT. Delivery in Switzerland costs CHF 180 including VAT per order. The full total, including delivery, is shown before order confirmation. Estimated delivery is two weeks, subject to supplier confirmation. We will communicate any change.

Payment

Payment is by invoice only, sent after order review. The invoice must be paid before the bike is handed over or delivered. No online payment is requested.

Returns and warranty

No voluntary commercial returns are offered after delivery. This does not limit statutory rights for defects. To report a problem or request cancellation before handover, email info@gomox.ch.

Use

These models are for off-road use and are not road legal.
